  • If the allocated revision rounds have been exhausted unreasonably or in bad faith
  • Client-side changes to project scope after work has commenced
  • Client provides unusable, incomplete, or corrupted materials required for the project
  • Change of mind after final delivery without objective quality concerns
  • Services more than 60 days past the delivery date

Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps. We are committed to reviewing every request promptly and fairly:

Submit Your Request by Email

Email us at onspotsolutionsllc10.com with: your order or project reference number, a clear description of the reason for your refund request, and any supporting documentation (screenshots, communications, deliverables, etc.).

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days. We may contact you for additional information or to discuss resolution options, including additional revisions as an alternative to a refund.

You will be notified of our decision by email. If approved, the refund amount, timeline, and method will be confirmed in writing.

Refund Issued

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Revision Policy

We offer a generous number of revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction before considering any refund. Revisions must meet the following criteria:

  • Revisions must be within the original agreed project scope
  • Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial delivery date
  • Requests must be specific, reasonable, and relate to the agreed brief — not a change of creative direction
  • Revisions must be submitted via email or our project management platform in writing

If you are unhappy with a deliverable, we strongly encourage you to first exhaust the revision process. In the vast majority of cases, revisions resolve all concerns without the need for a refund.

Please note that refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

  • Services purchased at a discounted or promotional rate (unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms)
  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., software licences, stock assets, paid ads spend, API fees)
  • Services rendered more than 60 days prior to the refund request
  • Requests submitted after the client has formally approved the final deliverable in writing
  • Work paused or abandoned by the client for 30+ days without communication
